  • Infiltration boxes
    infiltratiebox-infiltratie

Infiltration box for rainwater Half Box 62 Liter

The Matrix infiltration boxes ensure the infiltration of rainwater into the ground. Infiltration of rainwater is the process of rainwater which ends up in the soil and not in the sewer system. The matrix infiltration box must be buried in the ground and connected to the drainpipe of your house or garage. The rainwater is temporarily stored in the matrix box after which it can gradually infiltrate into the soil. GEP recommends that a leaf filter and a sand trap be connected to the matrix infiltration box. See here an example of leaf and sand catchers. This can prevent the geotextile from becoming polluted. The Matrix infiltration Halfbox has a volume of 62 liters and has a high compressive strength, is open on all sides and can be expanded in all directions. The Matrix infiltration box can be delivered as loose sheet material, after which the Matrix infiltration box can be assembled on location. No air is then transported so that transport costs are kept low. We also call that sustainable business!

Infiltration box Single Box 125 Liter

Matrix infiltration boxes for infiltration of rainwater in the soil. The matrix infiltration boxes are used to disconnect rainwater and infiltrate into the soil. The matrix box must be buried in the ground and connected to the drain pipe of your house or garage. The rain water is thus disconnected and can slowly infiltrate into the soil. For the matrix infiltration box it is best to connect a leaf filter and a sand trap. This prevents the geotextile around the infiltration box from becoming polluted. The Matrix infiltration box has a volume of 125 liters and has a high compressive strength, is open on all sides and can be expanded in all directions. The Matrix box can be delivered as separate sheets, after which the Matrix Box can be assembled on location.

Infiltration box Double Box 250 Liter

Matrix infiltration boxes for infiltration of rainwater in the soil. These matrix infiltration boxes are used to disconnect rainwater and infiltrate into the soil. The matrix box must be buried in the ground and connected to the drain pipe of your house or garage. The rainwater is temporarily stored in the matrix box, after which it slowly sinks into the soil. It is advisable to purchase and connect a leaf filter and sand trap for the matrix box. This prevents the geotextile from becoming polluted. The Matrix infiltration double box has a capacity of 250 liters and contains high compressive strength. This infiltration box can also be opened and expanded on all sides. The Matrix infiltration box is available as loose sheet material, then the infiltration box can be assembled on location.

    Drainage cell 30 mm

The multifunctional drainage plates are characterized by a very high flow capacity and traffic loadability. Due to the effective drainage properties and the high load capacity, Flocell is the most widely used worldwide. The drainage plate can be flowed three-dimensionally for rainwater and can therefore ideally be applied to large roof areas with little slope. The square squares contain hollow spaces on the inside where part of the rainwater is retained. This creates an ideal humidity climate for (roof) gardens. Because the plates can be connected to each other by means of a click system, it is very easy to work both horizontally and vertically. The 30 mm flocell is ideal for sports fields, civil works, in- and extensive roof gardens, parking roofs.

    Drainage cell 52 mm

The Flocell drainage plates are multifunctional drainage plates with very high flow capacity and traffic load capacity, both vertically and horizontally applicable. The Flo-cell is the world's number 1 drainage plate for rainwater and drainage water. Due to the effective drainage properties and the very high load capacity, Flocell is the most widely used worldwide. The drainage plate can be flooded three-dimensionally and can therefore ideally be applied to large roof areas with little slope but also for buffering rainwater under streets or parking places. The drainage plates are fitted with click connections so that the surface can be expanded in length and width direction to form a large plate with a very large buffer volume for rainwater.

    Leaf catchers

GEP also offers various solutions for filtering and cleaning rainwater. Filtering rainwater before it infiltrates into the soil is of great importance, it prevents the geotextile from silting up around the infiltration box. The water quality is therefore of great importance when infiltrating rainwater into the soil. The cleaner the rainwater enters the infiltration facility, the longer the infiltration facility actually works. Leaf separators and bark catchers are there for the removal of leaves and other debris from the gutters. Leaf separators are placed in the rain pipe, possibly in combination with a sand trap with filter basket underground.

    Sand catchers

When rainwater is infiltrated into the soil, the water quality is of great importance. The cleaner the rainwater infiltrates, the longer the infiltration facility actually works. In addition, the water quality is of great importance. Where rainwater can be infiltrated into the soil, rainwater is free of oil residue and other heavy metals. GEP is selling rainwater filters and sand catchers of which it is said that the water quality can be met before it is harvested in the soil. For the removal of leaves and other debris from the gutters, an infusion facility is preceded by leaf separators and sand traps. Leaf separators are placed in the downpipes of a sand trap underground. The sand trap is then provided with a filter basket. All dirt particles present that are larger than 0.5 mm remain in the filter basket. When the infiltration is full, the excess rain water flows away via the overflow.

  • Retention and Buffer tanks
    regenwater-buffertank

    Plastic Buffer tanks for rainwater

Retention tanks and buffer tanks are rainwater tanks to discharge rainwater in a calm, delayed and dosed manner. During heavy rainfall, rainwater from industrial sites, company buildings and residential roofs can be stored in a retention tank and (temporarily) buffered. This retention tank is equipped with a delayed drain, a swirl valve or retention hose. This delayed discharge ensures that the buffer volume in the rainwater tank is full as a result of the rainstorm and only a small amount (over a longer period of time) is drained to the sewer or watercourse. In this way the rainwater is temporarily buffered so that the peak load of the extreme rain shower is leveled off. This prevents flooding. The rainwater retention tanks are made of plastic and are interconnectable. The rainwater tanks are fitted with manholes on which the Varitank shafts of GEP fit. Then all kinds of connections can be made. The retention facility consists of a retention hose from GEP. These are available with different drainage capacities of 0.2 to 6 liters per second. Large flow rates available on request.

    Concrete Buffer tanks

Retention citerns and buffer citerns are rainwater citerns for dosing rainwater and delayed discharge. During heavy rainfall the rainwater can be stored in a retention buffer citern. This retention well is provided with a delayed drain, a swirl valve or retention hose. This delayed discharge ensures that the buffer volume is full and only a small amount (over a longer period of time) is drained to the sewer or watercourse. The function of a retention citern for rainwater is clear; it is not so much the use of rainwater, but rather the temporary retention of rainwater. So flatten the peak of an extreme rain shower to prevent flooding due to rainwater. The rainwater retention citerns are made of concrete and are interconnectable. The rainwater citerns are equipped with manholes on which the Varitank shafts of GEP fit. Then all kinds of connections can be made. The retention facility consists of a retention hose from GEP. These are available with different drainage capacities of 0.2 to 6 liters per second. Large flow rates available on request. You can also create a design of a rainwater system online via the online GEP rainwater calculation module.
